'Hand Tuber' is a sophisticated tubing offset calculator designed for field tubing specialists. This tool provides precise placement of stainless instrument or copper tubing bend offsets in the field, offering a comprehensive bender library and specialized calculations for Metric and Imperial measurements.

The uniqueness of 'Hand Tuber' lies in its ability to calculate all bend angles beyond the common 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° angles. This facilitates tubing installations around obstacles such as beams, cable ladders, and pipework with ease and accuracy.

Additionally, users have the flexibility to integrate their specific Rotary Draw Tube Bender into the bender choices library. The calculator's bender library supports both Imperial and metric benders, accommodating measurements in inches as well as millimeters with high precision.

Offsets and Calculations Included in the Current Release:

<li>Simple Offset: Calculates the position of the second bend in a standard 2 bend offset based on previous Pre-Bent angle and required offset for any angle between 0° and 90°.</li>
<li>Predictive Offset: Determines the second bend in a standard 2 bend offset based on planned bend angle and required offset before any bending has occurred at any angle between 0° and 90°.</li>
<li>Parallel Offset: Calculates position adjustment of the bend in a parallel tube to maintain consistent spacing between tubes through direction changes.</li>
<li>Long Run Offset: Calculates Slope Length and Bend Angle for long tube runs with fixed or known Offset and Run length.</li>
<li>Back Bend Offset: Determines bender 0° position when a bend folds back on itself at an angle exceeding 90°, ideal for installations on beams and cross braces.</li>
<li>Joint Offset: Offers measurements and offsets guidance for placing an offset tube joint or connector accurately.</li>
<li>Fall Calculation: Determines fall or Offset amount over a set distance based on a fall ratio typically used in instrumentation tubing (1:12 or 8.33%).</li></ul>
